Started with stage 4 of the improvement program. As a solution / business architect and Subject Matter Expert, I'm working and co-participate with all NedTrain stakeholders and top management to implement strategic themes like extended supply chain management, operations management, optimum balance between operational and maintenance planning (short term and long term forecasting). Another trending topic is how mobility and usability can speed up execution without loosing quality in relation to RAMS-LCC. Developed the concept how NedTrain can take control over their internal operational processes based on the principles "Make to Order, Make to Stock and Assemble to Order. Implemented the related applications "Fleet Control". " Workshop Control" and "Main Part Control" to cover this new way of operations management to achieve operational excellence.

Just 10 days before first Go Live Maximo in Hengelo. Lot's of process improvements and new mindset and change challenges but finally starting with the rollout of Maximo Core / SP / TR / ACM and dedicated for NedTrain developed Rolling Stock applications and functionality. The entire rollout program will take over 4 months (each 2 -3 weeks a new rolling stock serial and new maintenance plants). After rollout of phase 1 starting with new business and system improvements for phase 2.2300 users, 1400 desktops, 1200 Ipads, 36 roles and 6 main departments fully aligned with the main level supply chain process supporting the new business strategy.Challenging, demanding but a very joyful experience.

Held position in both NATO STANAVFORLANT and STANAVFORMED escradons (both 6 months). Held 2 times position on Aruba (Savaneta) and Curacao (Parera).Had an excellent time at the Dutch Navy.
