You can learn more at www.agilestartegylab.org At the University of North Alabama College of Business I train and guide students and projects at the Agile Strategy Lab which is focused on bringing Agile skills to individuals and groups to achieve their goals. Collaboration and networking are key to success but rarely taught. Our courses give people ways to expand their skills and have improved successes. I also build networks and accomplish projects that expand our students capabilities as they launch their careers. Currently focused on innovation initiatives named Shoals Shift including launching an incubator; implementing economic development projects including Strategic Doing; and improving the MBA recruiting and enrollment process. In my consulting practice I am assist clients to advance their capacity to succeed with services in leadership, management, strategy, and marketing. Clients include both public and private sector. From my positions at a large non-profit and 4 leading Fortune 500 companies I am an experienced general manager and VP sales and marketing positions. Combined with Toyota Production Systems lean management learned at Danaher I find that I am able to contribute in many different ways when groups or companies are seeking to improve their capacity to succeed.I'm also a grandparent to two boys and love being part of their lives.
