District Manager
CurrentCareer Key Moments**Camden Cares Committee Chair 3 years- Camden is dedicated to giving back to the communities we work and live in. Our core focus is on homelessness and veterans. I volunteered to own the Camden Cares experience in AZ. This included forming a committee, choosing organizations to donate our time and money to, event coordination from start to finish, creating excitement and momentum for participation for the onsite associates in AZ, tracking volunteer hours, and capturing memories to share for the annual awards. I consistently received positive feedback from associates as well as corporate associates on my delivery, organization, and execution during the three years I was honored to chair the committee. We partnered with organizations from UMOM, Feed My Starving Children, Habitat for Humanity, St. Vincent De Paul to name a few. **Assistant Manager Meeting Host- 1.5 years- Full day meeting held 3-4 times a year that educated, motivated, and inspired the assistant managers in the AZ region. I was empowered to create the agenda based on relevant topics, choose how to deliver the message, and then facilitate the meeting. This was a great opportunity to use my strengths to impact the region and grow in my own role as well. Some of the training modules I created were so well received they were used in other training classes.**Recruiting- Considered the go to person to effectively interview potential candidates for onsite positions in AZ.Additional accomplishments - AMA Community Manager of the year nominee, Company recognition nationally for top performer, other income, expense control, peer performance, partnership with UOFA Medical campus and Phoenix Mercury to gain/retain residents when I was working in Downtown Phoenix. Customer Sentiment (review/surveys) company ranked from one of the worst to one of the best while working in Scottsdale. Acting CM for LOA, vacation, termination, etc. in addition to my own community.
