As OpCo lead of Lease a Bike Belgium (independent scale-up entity and part of the Pon group), I am responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization, as well as directly responsible for all sales and marketing activities. The main focus was to grow the company from startup to scale-up in a fast-moving market, with a strong focus on digitizing the organization. Establishing a clear mission, vision, and strategic plans along with setting up operational processes and clear objectives to transform Lease a Bike to a key player in Belgium with strong and stable foundations.

Belux

Responsible for all sales activities of Parcel Lockers, as well as managing and coaching a small team of (key) Account Managers.Defining and implementing sales strategies to successfully grow the Parcel Locker network in Belux.Targeting and collaborating with retail, cities and public organizations, business and residential real estates and corporate HQ's. Overseeing the marketing activities to ensure perfect alignment between sales and marketing operations.

Belgium

Responsible for expanding the network of Bpost (former Cubee) parcel lockers in Belux and new business development.Targeting and collaborating with retail, cities and public organizations, business and residential real estates and corporate HQ's. Expanding collaborations with E-comm. suppliers to have Cubee as a 24/7 delivery option, as well as expanding collaborations with different logistic organizations.In charge of the complete sales process, from prospecting and negotiating to contract signing and account management.Elaborating business strategies, new business developments and pricing.

Active in a sales & business development position during the company's reorganization, from Data Management to Marketing Automation services.During my time at DBM, I was targeting top 100 BE companies and retailers, advising on GDPR and providing value with new marketing automation services.

• Develop and execute action plans at key account level (core range, promo, online and offline visibility)• Implement strategy in order to achieve Sales, Profit and Market Share goals• Build and maintain strong relationships with all key contacts within customers organization• Continuously review market, customers and competitors developments

• Negotiate contracts with new Sports Retail and Sports Specialist Accounts with focus on a strong long-term relationship • Strengthen the Sports channel in BeLux with successful launching of existing and new product range • Push promotional activity, revenue and volume • Effectively utilize budget to drive demand and realize or overachieve quarterly sales targets• Train all sports specialists stores to ensure full product knowledge

• Continuously review competition and define market positioning• Training of all key salespeople in the CE and Sports Channel• Attend fairs, visit shops for implementation of excellent merchandising• Ensure that all key consumer benefits are communicated effectively in media, brochures, point of sale and to shop floor staff as well as ensuring effective merchandising and display of products

Leuven

• Responsible for the sales of the shop• Generate traffic in the shop, by making daily targeted visits with the purpose of attracting new and existing customers• Increasing counter sales through targeted actions and cross-selling• Advising customers in the store, through needs assessment• Monitoring performance of the store on the basis of the KPI's• Coaching and managing staff on behavior, skills, knowledge and KPI's• Identifying and reporting trends and market developments within their own environment• Resolving complaints
