• ENGIE - France: Implementation of the 1st real scale smart grid demonstrator (GreenLys). Operational coordination between the members of the consortium (ErDF, GEG, GDF Suez, Schneider Electric), Testing and approval of devices and services to be installed in experimental sites, conducting qualitative and quantitative studies to assess the quality of transmitted data, elaboration of the aggregator business model including curtailment and energy efficiency constraints.• ErDF - France: Linky Performance Taskforce. Technical root cause analysis of the consistency of transmitted data by the Linky meters in the test phase, improvement of the meter relevancy from 74% to 96% within 3 months • GDF Suez Trading – Italy, Hongry: Internal Audit of the power and gas portfolios in Italian and Hungarian subsidiaries. Assessment of business rules and control framework regarding the activities of costing, forecasting, pricing and hedging. Evaluation of the responsibility sharing between Sales and Energy Management on B2B power and gas portfolios. • RTE - France: RFP Functional support. Leading the call for tenders process in order to modernize, optimize and enrich the control system of the services ordered by RTE for the development and the rehabilitation of the French electricity network.
