Also responsible for the corporate forecasting, the procurement and maintenance of all insurance, financial strategic planning, and directing the Company’s Accounting department to ensure utmost integrity in all financial reporting.

(Senior Housing Developer in CA & WA with average annual Revenue of $60 Million)Responsible for preparing property proformas, construction budgets, equity return analysis, loan packages and tax-exempt bond allocation applications to California Debt Limit Allocation Committee (“CDLAC”). Also responsible for working with company banks, all attorneys, and all title and survey personnel, associated with closing financing on new projects and re-finances on stabilized properties. New projects were financed on an individual basis. Stabilized properties were re-financed via a $110 million Fannie Mae Master Credit facility. Closings consisted of thirty different loan structures totaling approximately $350 million. Also responsible for managing and maintaining company computers, servers, and telecommunications systems, and working with out-sourced IT professionals.

Assets in excess of $1 Billion)Responsible for originating, analyzing, presenting, documenting and closing construction and permanent loans to the primary real estate developers in the Santa Rosa area. Managed a portfolio of $65 million of Assisted Living and Alzheimer’s facilities, tract development, low-rise office, and retail. Routinely the highest individual generator of fee income and interest income at the bank.

(At the time, the largest bank in the world with assets in excess of $500 Billion)Managed a $500 million portfolio of conventionally financed and tax-exempt bond financed high-rise office, multifamily apartments, and hotels in the Western US and Guam. Responsible for portfolio analysis and reporting to senior management in local Los Angeles office and in Tokyo. Managed existing relationships and work-out situations.

Provided financing for Master Planned communities, tract development, R & D, industrial, low-rise office and retail.
