Support Chicago's diverse performing arts community and partner organizations to realize over 1000 events in 250 parks and cultural centers throughout Chicago. From high caliber theater tours such as Chicago Shakespeare in the Parks to contemporary dance performances in beautiful natural areas these events range in disciplines across the board. In 2019 over $1M in funds were granted to 150 artists/organizations to realize the citywide Night Out in the Parks event initiative. Each of Chicago's 50 Wards and 77 Community Areas are activated with free arts and cultural events on shared community public spaces each year.

OUT OF SIGHT (OOS) is an interactive work by internationally recognized American conceptual artist Lawrence Weiner fashioned after a giant hopscotch pathway. OOS is available in English, Spanish, Mandarin, Dutch & French. Most recently shown at Art Basel, it has also been exhibited in Miami, Melbourne, Belgium, East Hampton, Chicago, San Francisco and Singapore."While interacting with OUT OF SIGHT, I learned the importance of creative thinking and problem solving that could help me through hard times in my life."-Jackson, Age 13, Chicago

• Produced events catering to Shanghai's Chinese and western expatriate populations• Negotiated during meetings conducted primarily in Mandarin Chinese• Utilized Shanghai specific social media and promotional platforms• Designed decor and video feeds to add to the ever changing thematic ambiance of each event• Trained and managed FOH staff members on western service standards and techniques

Iowa City

• Collaborated with local Chefs and venues to organize one of a kind inspired ticketed experiential art• Scouted event locations and cultivate relationships with local organic farmers, field experts and performative arts talent• Designed event invitations, day of signage and decor plus all other marketing materials• Acted as host for events while managing logistics from set up through strike

• Design the official Baroncini logo and all subsequent marketing materials• Organize monthly special events including live opera paired with Italian cuisine and wine lecture series• Determine and establish front of house (FOH) mode of operations from the onset of the business• Manage, schedule and conduct hiring/firing for ten to fifteen FOH staff at any given time• Design manual and organizational materials for daily use and training of FOH employees• Cultivate business relationships with various University of Iowa departments and regular customers• Build database and conduct daily maintenance of Point of Sale computer sales system• Track inventory and coordinate with suppliers and conduct all wine, bar, and FOH orders• Calculate and distribut end of night payouts and payroll, corrected timesheet errors

Chicago, Il

This small scale arts incubator and collective began due to a class at the School of Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC) in connection to the South Side Community Art Center (SSCAC). The inaugural event "Jumpin' for SSCAC" held in Bronzeville brought over 300 people together from all over the city and donated proceeds to the historic center. Inspired by the Golden Era of Bronzeville over the course of nine month we hosted over 70 events. Artists such as Danny Brown and Quelle Chris from Detroit, The Flashbulb from Chicago plus a widely diverse show of art forms, artists and creative play was explored during this project. We expanded to include workshops, local film festivals, promotional events for Chicago.com/music and fun performance themed "Art Star" interactive fitness sessions.
