Accounting and Auditing professional with eight-plus (8+) years' experience in the manufacturing, financial services, distribution, food & beverage, communications and wines and spirits sectors. Solely responsible for the implementation and maintenance of an annual 'audit universe' which highlights key risk areas and allows for the optimal use of the department's limited resources. Member of special committees responsible for drafting policies governing new functions as well as the implementation of IFRS 9 - Financial Instruments. I am an ACCA member and have more recently undertaken to tutor and mentor the next generation of finance professionals in the accounting field.
