Crm Manager
Current- Oscar is the first health insurance company built around a full stack technology platform and a focus on serving our members.
- Produce member-facing campaigns for multiple lines of business, including building HTML emails, SMS, & Push notifications, QA, scheduling one-off emails or building automated user journeys, and post-campaign analysis
- Partner with Member Engagement, Product and Data teams to create target member segments that meet the needs of each campaign
- Strategize A/B testing opportunities to boost expected outcomes, and help socialize and scale these insights to future campaigns
- Support technical campaign implementation alongside product team. Build and develop functionality, and troubleshoot issues to ensure CRM campaigns run as expected
- Collaborate with data team to report on campaign outcomes & maintain reporting dashboards
