Jape was born on the outskirts of Obando, a small town in the province of Bulacan but was raised in the city of Valenzuela. He earned his bachelor's degree in Secondary Education Major in English at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela. He started his career as a Senior High School instructor and later moved to Administrative Assistant. These experiences helped Jape to be a more efficient, competent, and flexible professional.In his free time, Jape loves to watch movies. He is also fond of reading while listening to classical music. Moreover, he is ardent at playing guitar. The tune of strings makes him relaxed.
