Advise the Minister and coordinate public relations related to issues related to: the carbon market (SPEDE); the reform of the Environment Quality Act and its regulations; green technologies and innovations; environmental assessments; the fight against climate change; renewable energies and the energy transition; to Canadian and international relations.

As Behaviour Interactive's sole in-house legal counsel for 4 years, I was in charge of all of the Corporation's legal matters, including :- Drafting, negotiating and reviewing video game and application development agreements, licences, terms of use, EULAs, privacy policies, etc.- Managing the corporation’s legal files (Labor, Intellectual property, Real-estate, Corporate) - Managing and implementing the corporation's internal communications - Developing and providing general legal training for employees- Providing the human resources department with legal support (policies, terminations, etc.)- Managing governance of the corporation (board of directors, shareholders, advisors)

Pyrogenesis Canada Inc is an environmental solutions company which designs, develops, and manufactures plasma waste-to-energy systems and plasma torch products for environmental, industrial, and renewable applications. As the company's sole in-house lawyer and corporate secretary for 3 years, I was in charge of :- Drafting, managing and negotiating the Corporation's commercial contracts;- Coordinating the Company's going public transaction (TSX.V :PYR.V) and other transactions;- Managing governance of the Corporation (minutes, board meetings, shareholder meetings etc.);- Satisfying ongoing compliance requirements and disclosure related to the reporting issuer status for the Corporation;- Managing and providing strategic advice to the Corporation's executive management on legal matters such as labor, intellectual property protection, real-estate, human resources.

The Commission for Environmental Cooperation (CEC) is an international organization created by Canada, Mexico and the United States under the North American Agreement on Environmental Cooperation. Its objectives include facilitating cooperation and public participation to foster conservation, protection and enhancement of the North American environment for the benefit of present and future generations, in the context of increasing economic, trade and social links between the three countries. It also aims to help prevent potential trade and environmental conflicts, promote the effective enforcement of environmental laws and provide high-quality information on all these subjects. The Agreement complements the North American Free Trade Agreement.
