Mr. Japhet is a PhD scholar at the University of Dodoma, Tanzania. Mr. Japhet is a Lecturer, researcher and Consultant at the Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU), Faculty of Business and Information Sciences. He also works for the Department of Extension and Outreach Programmes under the Institute of Continuing Co-operative Education (ICCE), coordinating academic, consultancy and community services Programmes for the Singida and Manyara Regions in Tanzania. Mr. Japhet holds a MSc. in Finance and Investment from the Institute of Finance Management and Bachelor of Co-operative Management and Accounting from the Sokoine University of Agriculture in Tanzania. Mr. Japhet have published a number of scholarly articles in local and international peer-reviewed journals and have been involved in carrying consultancy services in his areas of interest to various local and international organizations such as LGAs, NGOs, Cooperatives and Aga Khan Foundation, E.A, SNV, SEMA, Helvetas, to mention a few.
