As a HR Consultants, I develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy and support the growth and development of human capital. I have over 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on labour laws, HR analytics, and talent management.I graduated with a Bachelor of Human Resources Management from Moshi Cooperative University in Dec 2020, where I learned the fundamentals of HRM and gained practical skills in payroll administration, conflict management, and employee engagement. I also worked as a Labour Officer at Regional Labour Office for 2 years, where I supervised and conducted labour inspections, provided education and advice on labour affairs and laws, and handled labour disputes and claims.I am passionate about creating positive workplace cultures and enhancing the employee experience. I have successfully managed the recruitment and selection process, overseen and improved the performance appraisal system, maintained the pay plan and benefits program, and assessed and monitored the training needs and programs at a Company.
