- Involve in the development of architectural design of multi-family residential, commercial and mixed-use buildings.- Manage and prepare drawings for design panel presentation, rezoning application, development permit and building permit application, pricing, IFC and contract administration.- Manage projects and coordinate with engineering consultants.- BIM modeling and creating company BIM standards using Revit Architecture.- Architectural visualization and animation for client presentation and marketing collateral.

- Lead an architectural team in assisting the principal architect in all aspects of design and management. - Represent the company in design presentation and in meeting with authorities, clients and contractors.- Lead an architectural team in producing design presentation, authority submissions and production drawings.- Improve the quality of presentation of company.- Produce 3d architectural models for both client presentation and authority approval.

- Assist immediate supervisor and directors in the successful delivery of any given task.- Liase and follow up with designer on the 3d requirements- Produce high quality works withing stipulated timeline for design presentation.- Liase with various consultants and vendors, workers and suppliers.- Perform pre-design research works and design development.- Prepare all necessary construction drawings and detailing and FF&E aspects of the projects.- Attend/ conduct site visits and collation of site documentation and progress of work.- Prepare necessary emails and correspondeces with various parties for update and for our record purposes.- Assist QS in the enquiry of quotations, closing of the final accounting for any variable works.
