Co-directed SMU Arts Fest in collaboration with Singapore Night Festival

Responsibilities:- Produce and manage SMU wide events- Discover and nurture student talents and leaders- Advise and manage arts clubs' operations and workplans- Conceptualise, review and refine pedagogical evaluation matrix for co-curricular activities (Out-of-classroom learning)- Manage stakeholders and external partners- Establish relations across tertiary institutions to facilitate collaborationsImpact:- Guided over 100 student leaders to lead their team in managing a club- Produced 6 SMU events that reaches out to over 10,000 audience each- Portrayed SMU as a top-tier management university in Singapore through proper project and events management- Revised digital marketing approaches to better promote SMU events and initiatives to right target audience

Successfully programmed 4 showcases featuring Singaporean artists in the Mando-independent music scene (e.g. Sherman Zhuo, Shelby Wang, Ohmymeiting, SophT, etc.)Successfully organised 2 solo performances in Singapore with overseas artists (Mimik Banka, Shallow Levee) Co-organised Joyy Algeria's EP launch at Esplanade Recital Studio
