- I work as a human resource at HMSHost India, a leading provider of food and beverage services for travelers. In this role, I manage various aspects of human resource management, such as conducting preliminary interviews, attending to grievances, organizing staff activities, monitoring payroll and other expenses, and ensuring compliance and implementation of hr policies. I have been working in this role since June 2023, after completing my industrial training at Trident Hotels, an Oberoi property, in Udaipur.- I graduated with a BSc in Hospitality Management from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY in April 2023, where I gained theoretical and practical knowledge of the hospitality industry. I am passionate about human resources and communication, and I have developed strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills through my education and work experience. My goal is to pursue a career in human resource management that allows me to contribute to the growth and success of the hospitality sector.
