• Account Management- Managed relationships with a portfolio of 30+ universities across countries such as UK, Australia, Ireland, Europe & Canada-Determined growth strategy and set targets for different intakes for each University - Supported the front line Relationship Management team to ensure smooth admissions, compliances, visas and interviews especially for complexed cases-Assisted in student counselling wherever required- Lead the project for NCUK International Year One • Event Management- Organized and monitored virtual and in personal events such as pre-departure, global-ed interaction etc. for 500+ students- Responsible for partner outreach and curating informative panel discussions- Point of contact for all operational queries as well as part of the core events logistics team
