I oversaw the sales and execution of private dining events at the Charcoal Steak House, Martini's and del Dente - a family owned, 56 year strong company Project manager for 20 new menu launches every year; I oversaw the training and development of our host and reception team; strong role in social media presence; key player in the business development of the building of a new brand - catered events at Wildcraft Grill Bar.

Responsible for all major fundraising events, including securing all sponsorship levels, organizing event logistics, and supervising and directing volunteers.
