Current-Handles documentation of Sales for pre-selling properties.-Knowledgeable in transfer of ownership for sold properties under secondary market sale.-Coordinates, prepares and assists transactions involving Commercial Lease.-Preparation, execution and review of Contracts, Deeds, Agreements, and other legal documents for different Real Estate transactions.-Handles transactions involving secondary sale of Real Estate properties.-Maintains company's clients information.-Performs other related task which may be assigned from different department.
