Residential Support Worker
Current• Team Leader in a residential house environment where child safeguarding and care home security is priority number 1. • Provide mentorship, mental health support, leadership, guidance, and care for less fortunate youth in residential institutions.• Assist young residents with autism, trauma, and other mental health issues. • Monitor their day-to-day lives whilst delivering daily support. • Prepare troubled youth for future endeavors before leaving the residential institution.• Perform administrative duties such as record keeping, documenting child’s behavioral patterns, finance and accounting of petty cash and child’s bank, house and safety checks, household products check, and keep track appointment schedule.
