It was a major change management process for the team. We managed to develop the Business intelligence and customize reporting to meet Downer Specific business needs which was not available through the standard generalized tools in the market. We managed to successfully roll out the new model and supported our team via training and one to one sessions when required.This experience enabled me to develop a high level the capability of conducting data analysis and interpretation. During this time, I also improved the project progress reporting tool and developed Project portfolio management Tool to have better visibility of Projects.
