As a former Associate Tenant Researcher at CoStar Group, I applied my communication and organization skills to collect and analyze data on commercial real estate markets and tenants, and to produce reports and insights for clients and stakeholders. I also leveraged my bilingual skills in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with diverse customers and partners, and to provide excellent customer service and support. Prior to that, I worked as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist at Sherwin-Williams, and as a Sales Associate at Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority, where I gained valuable experience in sales, customer relations, and inventory management. I have a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University, and I am passionate about learning new cultures, languages, and perspectives. I am looking for opportunities to apply my research, communication, and customer service skills to contribute to the success of organizations that share my values and goals of creating positive social and environmental impact.
