I am an Undergraduate Junior at George Mason University majoring in Sports management. I am currently a dedicated student-worker with a strong background in leadership, team management, and fostering supportive environments. I have had the privilege of serving as the Women's Basketball Team Manager, which has allowed me to sharpen my organizational and communication skills. In this position, I manage team logistics, coordinate schedules, and ensure that every practice and game runs smoothly. Balancing this responsibility with my academic workload has taught me to prioritize tasks, stay disciplined, and lead effectively under pressure.In addition to my role with the basketball team, I work as an overnight Support Staff for the Mason LIFE program, where I support George Mason Students with disabilities. This experience has been gratifying, as it requires empathy, problem-solving, and adaptability. Working overnight shifts demands stamina and resilience, and I have embraced the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing these qualities.These roles highlight my commitment to hard work, reliability, and teamwork.
