 Managing and developing a compliment of 30 staff within the Finance Department Overseeing accounting and financial reporting processes Ensuring compliance with local and international standards Preparing budget projections Managing cash flow and cost control Managing internal audits and initiating corrective action and process improvements Providing support to external auditors Calculating tax and ensuring Angolan statutory requirements are met Administering and reconciling payroll, providing final payroll approval for the company Ensuring cost-effective organisational insurance

 Managing and developing 6 employees in the Finance Department  Cost controller for all company projects Preparing budgets and budget forecasts Overseeing preparation of financial statements, management reports and external reports Ensuring compliance with Angolan and international regulations and standards Calculation of import costs  Developing and implementing procurement and stock control mechanisms Conducting tax calculations and managing submissions Conducting internal audits Evaluating and overhauling all departmental procedures  Evaluating insurance service providers

Reporting to Administrative and Financial ManagerCosts- Budget & Account Area: Costs Controller of all projects of the company: approximately 25 USD MM per year. Stock control. Industrial and importation costs. Management reports.
