Hr Business Partner And Performance Manager
Current- Business Partner for the Technology, Product, Data Science and Data Engineer team. Focus on team building, improving climate metrics (such as eNPS and climate research) and career and performance initiatives;- Review of the employee's journey, from the moment of recruitment, onboarding, performance cycle;- Supervision of performance management processes and systems;- Guide managers on defining performance expectations and carrying out assessments;Identify training and development needs to improve employee skills and performance;- Implement initiatives to support career growth and succession planning;- Work on workforce planning to meet current and future organizational needs;- Change management: support in high-impact organizational strategies, such as M&A of new companies;- Strategic partnership with hiring managers to attract and retain the best talent;- Monitoring of key performance indicators related to employee engagement and productivity - - Improvement of Klar's eNPS in the last 12 months by drawing up an action plan based on career feedback and the organization's performance;- Develop and update HR policies aligned with legal and regulatory requirements;- Ensure compliance with labor laws and sector regulations;
