At Inglot, my job is to welcome everyone who comes in the store and teach them about our brand. I also make sure to help them with any questions they have about makeup or makeup application by demonstrating product on them and giving helpful advice. As a store manager, my duties include taking returns, checking stock/ inventory, doing payroll, schedules, nightly, weekly, and monthly email reports, and doing weekly deposits at the bank

As a beauty advisor I initiate consultations to find out what the customer needs,wether it is skincare or makeup, my job is to help them find what they’re looking for.Demonstrate makeup application and/or skin care regimen, and provide excellentcustomer service so they’ll always come back. Make customers regular clients and let themknow about events and gifts. Make daily goals, pre-sell, and keep area neat and sanitized.

Assist customers by giving great customer service. This includes showing them the fitting rooms, getting sizes, and also calling other stores to check if they have the item requested. Help them feel comfortable and welcomed and make them a client.Connect with them by following up with them and letting them know of future store events. Help out with signs, sales, events, and markdowns. Make sure monthly, individual goal, and team goal was met.

​Connect with customers and help them find their perfect handbag, watch and/or accessory. Make sure they have a magical experience at Macy’s by maintaining a genuine smile and making them feel like they’re part of the family. Keep area cleaned, organized and also meet daily goal.
