Draagt zorg aan de behandeling en verwerking van in- en uitgaande mail. Schrijft werkinstructies voor de positie. Verzorgt en begeleid mensen in hun inwerktraject voor de Security desk. Verzorgt de correcte afhandeling en verwerking van de poststroom. Ondersteund HR met verwerking van personeelsinformatie en de beveiligingskant ervan m.b.t. toegang. Ziet toe op een snel en klantvriendelijk ontvangst van nieuwe medewerkers en bezoek. Verwerkt alle informatiestromen snel en accuraat en maakt nieuwe indien nodig nieuwe aan. Werkt met de programma's AEOS, Safesight, Coördinate, Microsoft Office een Google Office. Houdt de bevoorrading voor de positie bij en schakelt indien nodig met de juiste afdelingen.

I work mostly VIP and FOH/Frontstage and also do jobs which require you to wear a suit. But i'm versatile and can work on most positions.

I perform security/hostess/reception tasks at different locations.

I help people with simple questions at the gym and if they like give them a personal training session and make schedules.

I work at the receptiondesk and perform all the usual tasks reception does. This include checking guests in and out and help them with their reservations and any other questions they may have. I also do some financial administration and supervise my collegues.

I guard the quality of the shipped products. I use regular visual inspections and labtests to test the quality of the products. With a lot of back up information at my hand to take a wel thought over decision if the quality differs from the norm.I regularly look for ways to improve on effectiveness and timemanagement. I support the administrative part of the workplace by providing new excelsheets for improved traceability and keep all the information available up to date. I also support the Quality Control Engineers in their work from time to time.

I controlled the efficiency of the machines and solved any problems that occured. I also made sure the working space was clean and tidy.

I worked at the register and with the customer service desk. I made sure the customers were helped quickly and with a friendly face.
