Learning and Development

I specialise in working with people returning to the workforce after maternity or career breaks to assist them in building greater confidence and self awareness. I am MBTI Step 1 and 2 qualified and graduated with the AOEC Intermediate Diploma in Executive Coaching (2010). I have over 10 years experience in various HR roles including Resourcing. Talent to Learning and Development across many Corporate sectors including, Law, Banking and Retail.

• Worked in partnership with L&D Managers to design and facilitate in-house skills/knowledge learning events and management development events using various psychometric tools (mainly MBTI), coaching and mentoring.• Liaising with various internal stakeholders across 7 brands and many external organisations.• Review and management of various functional projects such as the intranet/internal booking system, evaluation of learning events and the complete redesign and launch of a new brochure for the Open Course programme

Specialist consultant in partnership with key HR business partners to design and source specific learning for teams and individuals across a broad competency framework.This included ;• Coordination of core curriculum and Use of psychometric tools for teams and individual coaching, • Offsite design and facilitation for global senior management teams to include team building, succession and development planning using MBTI.• Managing external vendor relationships for bespoke management and leadership and financial product training needs,• Worked with Graduate Development and a number of external vendors to design and implement a pilot New York based 2005 ACA graduate training program.• Designed and implemented the 2005 New York Summer and Analyst/Associate training programs for over 100 interns.
