Start the days production according to orders, prepare batch sheets for the days product being made stamp batch numbers and dates and signing of batch sheets daily, check the quality of the product being made and make adjustments if required, lease with clients keeping them up to date with their order arranging collection or delivery dates, keep time sheet of all machinery production time. I am responsible for all maintenance on machinery and company vehicles. Checking all incoming material being dropped off making sure the weight and quantities are correct. Dispatching of finished product either to clients or to head office. I do weekly stock take of raw materials and finished products. I am responsible for dealing with all queries or complaints from clients.
