I am a Family man first and foremost, father of two, but also an expert in PMO, PPM, CapEx and complex project management.Sometimes a Project Management mentor and always a Project Management evangelist, I have sailed this executive sea for more than 25 years, more than 15 of which have been on capital projects.In my career as a former executive in large companies such as Vale, Hydro, Alcoa, GetNet and others, I was a member of crisis committees, steering committees and was also responsible for designing and implementing areas and setting up high-performance teams that achieved memorable milestones. Designing a portfolio management area, setting up a team, designing and redesigning processes and identifying opportunities that led to achieving historic adherence in the annual forecasting of mega capital projects, from 70% to 97% in a year and a half, is just one of them.So I can say that I have had successful results in many companies, combining people with solutions, which excites me! I have a master's degree in business administration from FGV-EBAPE, PMP and PMO-CP certification, I'm a member of APM, and I have a degree in industrial automation and 3 MBAs. User of digital learning platforms for continuous learning, I'm a storyteller (as a way of life) and a poet (as a form of self-management).I also have a management consultancy company that has been working for more than 15 years, helping executives and companies to manage and implement capital projects and sustainability agendas through the expertise of multidisciplinary consultants.Two own poem book published, with poems chosen for 2 collections and 2 contemporaneous poetic anthologies.That's a bit of me.
