Growing up between the contrasting worlds of suburban USA and village life in mountains of Honduras shaped my worldview and laid the foundation of my personal and professional background. It also instilled in me a deep sense of duty to do good in the world. Forever curious, I thrive most when exploring ideas and absorbing new knowledge across diverse industries, always striving to connect the dots between them. This is evident by my experience in diverse industries - Fashion, R&D, Travel, Telecommunications, Environmental, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. I’m obsessed with designing the future, and all things human behavior. My expertise lies in strategic operations and developing behavioral-based systems and algorithms. I also hold a BA in business with a focus on human relations, graduate studies in organizational development, and a certificate in entrepreneurship from Wharton. My greatest accomplishment has been raising two incredible humans who are on the brink of beginning their own journeys into adulthood (wild!).
