• Responsible for full cycle recruiting on front and back office roles, including administrative and clerical support, customer and patient services, data entry, billing, and supply chain • Recruit candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placements• Meet with hiring managers to gather position requirements• Source for candidates using job boards, Boolean searches, social media, and horizontal recruiting methods• Review resumes and phone screen candidates• Interview pre-screened candidates both virtually using WebEx and in person• Contact former managers, supervisors, and coworkers to gain insight on candidates’ previous roles and gauge rehire status• Create candidate write-ups for hiring managers, highlighting relevant experience• Work in conjunction with Human Resources to onboard new hires, collecting documents for education and employment verification and scheduling drug screenings • Provide service touch points to all contractors during their first day and week, and every three weeks to elevate contractor retention rates• Resolve contractor complaints, monitor attendance, and provide performance feedback• Gain leads for business development and set meetings with prospective clients• Maintain networks of highly-placeable candidates based on common skill sets • Utilize SalesForce to track talent and provide real-time updates on progress • Create resumes and position descriptions using Microsoft Word• Track spread goals using Microsoft Excel• Communicate using Microsoft Outlook and Cisco Jabber
