At 15 years old my goals were to: 1. Participate at the 2020 Olympics 🏸, 2. Study Law & 3. Become a Diplomat.10 years later, my original goals have evolved, and here's what happened instead:1. I became a badminton coach for 8-17 year olds in my hometown Biel-Bienne, where I aim to pass on my love of sports.2. I completed a Masters in Global Business with Distinction, following a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in International Business & Marketing.3. Professionally, I found my zeal for Event Management through some unique experiences:➡️ In 2021, I had the challenging opportunity of managing a Covid Test Center with a team of 30 employees. In this role, I successfully increased patient intake by 50% and implemented the first mobile testing units in Canton Bern with a testing capacity of 1000+ patients daily. I also supported local companies, music and sports events by developing bespoke testing solutions and advising them on best practices during the pandemic. ➡️ Having supported Swiss Timing with covid tests throughout the Tokyo Olympics 2020*1 , I joined the company as a Covid Liaison Officer, in November 2021. In this unique role, I created and maintained a Covid database of employees and freelancers. I collaborated with sports organisations, local authorities and testing sites to ensure smooth travel operations for timekeepers. In March 2022, I supported on-site at the Beijing Winter Paralympics 2022 for three weeks. (Yes, I eventually made it to the Olympics).During this time, I acquired my first experience in event management and found my passion for the sports industry. ➡️. To develop my skills in Event Management & Digital Marketing, I joined the agency side at LA Click GmbH, as a Junior Digital Project Manager. After just over a year I was promoted to Project Manager for Events & Digital Marketing. As an Event Lead I have successfully managed website builds, email communications, registration management, on-site guest accreditation and live streaming operations for EMEA-wide events, hosting 200+ on-site guests and 600+ virtual attendees. On the digital marketing side, I support a variety of clients across Switzerland with Google Ads strategies and Google Tag Manager & Analytics conversion tracking.What are my goals for the next 5 to 10 years? 🏃🏼♀️➡️ Run a half marathon🗣️ Learn how to speak Spanish✨ Leverage my agency experience in the sports industry
