- Welcomes client in a warm and friendly manner- Controls of the supply of retail and internal use products- Organizes in-shop stocks- Ensures the tidiness of the shop prior to opening and closing- Receive invoices from the suppliers and check if the indicated quantity of products isaccurate to what is delivered- Submits sales report every end of the day- Liaises with the supervisor and OM for the resolution of the issues in the shop- Handles petty cash and till/cash float- Updates the daily attendance of barbers- Keeps detailed and accurate records of client's requests and calls received

- Handles pre and post-delivery issues- Proactively address problems and suggest solutions- Receive requests, transmit messages from the shipper to hub and vise versa, and trackthe delivery status of products.- Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries.- Enter data in the computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities,and other information.- Respond to queries related to products and deliveries.

- Handles bride and groom's concerns during the wedding- Ensures client's satisfaction by assisting the couple during the event- Brainstorms with the management of the whole event plan.- Gives suggestions and recommendations in order to achieve the desired successfuloutcome of the event.- Ensures that all throughout the wedding and during reception both bride and groom areworry-free.
