  Over the course of the recent summer break, I took part in an engineering internship where I served the role of an engineering consultant. Alongside a multidisciplinary team of fellow engineers, I worked closely with A. J. Bush, a meat rendering company based in New South Wales and Queensland. During this experience, we were tasked with finding ways to revamp and redesign the company's facilities and processes, aiming to create somewhat of a "green hub". Through effective collaboration and project management, we successfully tackled the project scopes and met the client's requirements.
