As a founding member of .99 (part of the Clemenger Group, Australasia's largest marketing communications company, and in turn part of BBDO and Omnicom) and leader of the Client Service team, I helped to grow the business over 11 years to more than 100 staff and 20 clients, and played a leading role in the ongoing running of the business as a director and executive team member.Highlights/experience included:- Leading 50+ successful pitches for .99, with responsibility for running the pitch process and writing pitch documentation, and delivering a compelling and integrated presentation. This includes a 2012-2014 ‘eight from eight’ pitch record.- Working with leading NZ and global clients including Warehouse Stationery, Genesis Energy, TOWER Insurance, Farmers, New World, Spark, Air New Zealand, Vodafone, L’Oréal, Mazda, BP and Westpac.- Leading the transition of all new pieces of business into .99, setting up client service retail structures, teams, operating rhythms, systems and processes for new clients.- Being across campaigns that achieved more than 30 effectiveness awards, including Best in Show at the NZ Effie Awards for Farmers, and two Grand Prix awards at the NZ DM Awards for Farmers and Air NZ.
