I'm very proud of my journey in the construction industry. Starting at a young age, I've always had a passion for learning and developing my skills in the field. Through the years, I've gained valuable experience as a leading hand and site manager, which has helped me to manage construction sites and lead teams effectively.As I progressed in my career, I took on more responsibilities and roles, such as Construction Site Manager and Project Manager at Total Fitouts Central Vic. These roles allowed me to handle multiple projects simultaneously, oversee budgets and timelines, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.In 2018, I was given the opportunity to become a Director at Total Fitouts Brunswick, where I partnered with Michael Cason to take on new challenges and opportunities. Together, we worked hard to grow the business and establish ourselves as leaders in the construction industry.In 2022, Michael and I decided to start our own company, Ardor Projects, which has become the core of our Business Ardor Group. This was a big step, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to be an entrepreneur and to create new opportunities for myself and my team.Overall, I'm grateful for my journey in the construction industry. Through hard work, dedication, and a passion for learning and growing, I've been able to achieve success in my career. I hope that my experiences can inspire others to pursue their passions and achieve their goals.
