Dr. Shahriar Jarchi is a board certified Internal Medicine doctor who has been practicing in California since 2006. He completed residency training at the University of Nevada/UMC in Las Vegas where he focused his attention on the Geriatric population with chronic illnesses. His area of expertise is in hospital medicine and home visitation. Dr. Jarchi believes in traditional medicine and appreciates developing a close relationship with each of his patients. He does not practice in an office, therefor he is easy to reach and accessible to schedule home visits. Dr. Jarchi makes himself available to manage and follow his patients in the hospital as well, which is very important in continuation and management of care. He has helped many of his patients make informative and appropriate choices that affect their health.Dr. Jarchi accepts Medicare Part B benefits, which translates into significant savings for his patients. He is contracted with many of the larger PPO insurance companies as well as some HMO providers which helps his patients focus on their health rather than the cost of their well-being. He also has a good relationship with many of the primary care physicians in the San Gabriel Valley who rely on him to provide in-home services to their patients when the doctors are not available to visit them in the office.
