As the facility manager, I am in charge of client and staff relations. The job description involves conducting membership sales, client onboarding, weekly client accountability, monthly client goal reviews, personal training, programming for each individual client, staff development, and implementation of ideas to grow the business.

Responsible for taking first calls and interacting with members throughout the country for Landing. Tasked with helping members understand their benefits, resolve disputes or complaints by case work, and taking advantage of any services that Landing provides.
