In addition to the responsibilities listed below:Serve as Deputy Manager during SOC Manager's absence.Deputy Manager role responsible for creating and implementing new shift structure, schedules, policies, procedures, processes.Defined and documented duty positions for SOC team members to provide operations organization and management.Designed and implemented shift assignments/schedule in order to fully provide 24/7 coverage while meeting SLAs without adding additional bodies. Provide schedule stability and ensured corporate SLA obligations are met while distributing workload around the clock. Led creation of first SOC mission brief to deliver to visiting customers, investors, partners, etc. in order to communicate SOC mission and organization. Led analyst data collection in support of SOC Utilization study which resulted in an objective/repeatable tool to forecast manpower needs during the sales cycle.

Intrusion Analysts are a part of a dynamic, growing team, planning, preparing, hunting for, and responding to cyber incidents stemming from internal and external threat actors. As a SOC Analyst I am responsible for identifying malicious threat actors, thwarting hackers, and preventing data breaches. I work with some of the industry's leading security technology to analyze security events, prioritize, investigate, and contain incidents.

Perform vulnerability analysis of Center for Applied Informatics web servers and websites and generate reports detailing risk and remediation steps.Develop and manage websites using content management systems such as Joomla! and Wordpress.
