Through my experience with retail data at Lids and Full-Stack Development at Baker Hill, I have been able to leverage technologies like Angular, C#, SQL, and Azure cloud services while learning and applying new skills every day.In my current role, I not only develop and maintain code for a new feature of our application, but I also lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. Though I currently just hold a Software Developer title, I have naturally stepped into a leadership role, guiding my team through collaborative problem-solving, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving continuous improvement.
