I am an experienced learning and development professional with more than ten years of experience designing, implementing, and leading corporate training and workforce development programs. I am currently working with Critical Mass where I build and lead high impact learning and development programs. I am a strategic partner with HR and other disciplines, proactively creating talent and workforce solutions to meet the demands of our dynamic industry. I am a member of the DE&I board, working to embed DE&I principles into everything we do. I have always been passionate about helping people reach their personal and professional goals through experiential learning and development. My role with Critical Mass is to help people close skills gaps, grow professional competencies, and gain a better understanding of organizational DE&I initiatives - ultimately leading to a more compassionate, functional, and productive workplace. I believe in modelling lifelong learning and I am usually taking courses myself. In 2021 I completed my Project Management Fundamentals certificate through UCalgary Continuing Education and prior to that, in 2018, I completed the Emerging Leaders certificate. My educational interests include leadership development, adult learning, curriculum and program design, supporting and managing neurodiverse employees, strategy, project management, history, and philosophy.
