CurrentDuring my time at QT, I have been an Assistant Manager, a Full-Time-Clerk, and a Part-Time Clerk. I’ve participated in the Emergency Relief Personnel (ERP) program which has given me the benefit of working with dozens of different store teams to learn how each one solves problems. And I’ve been responsible for inventory ordering, cash audits, routine daily and weekly upkeep of the store, vendor check-in, the supervision of clerks, and addressing any other customer service issues that have arisen.The highlights of my time at QT have been the two times that I won the Customer Service Appraisal contest. In 2012, I won by finishing #1 in the contest among all employees in the 100+ QT stores in the DFW division. The following year, I was selected again as one of the winners after tying for #1. The prize both times was a 5-night trip to Maui.
