My role as a former manufacturing and operations manager was very wide and encompassing with many operational projects, such as opening a new 48,000 square feet of manufacturing infrastructure allowing for strategic localization to cut shipping costs while capitalizing on the increased efficiencies of a new facility. I supervised the relocation of a 24,000 SQFT warehouse, protecting $400,000 in polyethylene, polypropylene, urethane and other manufacturing materials with zero $ loss in transition.
