I lead the team that manages our G&A department budgets which includes key initiatives such as corporate allocations, balance sheet forecasting, payroll planning, and technology and other capital investments.I also provide critical financial and analytical support to Marketing teams and executive leadership. Led the financial analytics team in support of Retail Banking. I led the design and execution of several analytical projects around product profitability, marketing returns on investment, and customer growth trends. My team was the primary liaison to both business partners and FP&A teams and was often consulted to enable driver-based forecasting.• Analyzed growth opportunities and retention initiatives in support of the Retail Banking business to deliver net customer growth in 2018, a first for TCF since 2014.• Created marketing dashboards and identified key performance metrics to improve marketing effectiveness through direct mail investment analysis and revised media mix allocations that led to more than a 25% reduction in 2018 Cost Per Account Opened (CPAO).

Joined the team in a newly created digital marketing role that supported the launch and growth of the Cartwheel app (now part of Target Circle). Following enterprise-wide staffing reductions, I stepped into a role supporting the marketing team leading the budgeting process for over $400M of the then $1.4B budget. I provided marketing analytics for key events like the Holiday and Back-to-School campaigns as well as Target’s partnership with the Grammy Awards.• Created a stand-alone P&L for the Target Cartwheel app (now part of Target Circle) which identified potential growth opportunities and led to increased profitability.• Managed one low-performing individual and helped this person leverage key strengths which significantly improved job performance and perception with leadership.

I also partnered with the merchandise buyers and led the monthly department forecasting meetings.
