At NBCU, I work implement automated reporting/analytics solutions across a 3000 person sales organization. Specifically, I have produced products which empower advertising clients to better understand cross-platform content consumption behaviors of selected target audiences thereby increasing addressable tv sales. I have also reduced the time and expenses needed to produce insights through the use of self-service business intelligence dashboards.

At Billboard, I worked with stakeholders across the organization to identify pain-points and develop reporting strategies to address those pain-points. In this capacity, I managed 7 direct reports setting the vision and prioritization for an interdisciplinary team of data scientists, data Engineer and data visualization specialists to develop self service dashboards and other analytics solutions

At Turner, I product managed a cross platform campaign reporting dashboard that helped track and optimize advertiser campaign performance across linear, digital and social. I received TV of Tomorrow Award in recognition of this achievement

At Twitter, I partnered with the chief research officer to implement organizational and process improvements, set goals/OKrs, and ensure a 20 million dollar budget was allocated appropriately in accordance with sales priorities

At Univision, I established and led Univision’s social insights and reporting practice. In that capacity, I grew overall social following and increased overall social media engagement by 2x across all markets by Conducting social media best practices trainings in local markets, establishing goals and implementing tools for facilitating cross market collaboration

At ABC News, I was appointed by the GM of digital to oversee all operations of joint venture between ABC News and Yahoo! I ensured that key partnership objectives were being realized, flagged operational issues to appropriate stakeholders. Partnership achieved revenue and traffic goals 3 months ahead of forecast and resulted in a promotion from Manager to Senior Manager

Helped to define and evaluate the profitability of the NY Times China expansion strategy. I also worked with editorial, technology, sales, and marketing to support the launch of a digital licensing business.

At McGraw-Hill, I assisted senior management in determining corporate strategy and evaluating prospective acquisitions and alliances. Key accomplishments include developing a capacity planning model and identify $30M worth of cost synergies & analyzing new ways to monetize content.

As a member of the Strategy and Operations Group, I assisted clients in support of their growth initiatives by developing models, analyzing financial statements, conducting research and preparing presentations.
