About Jared Baasch

I enjoy being in the HVAC/R industry as it has several complexities with the various types of equipment that can require new troubleshooting approaches. Its a very fluid industry as things change as fast a technology, so your always reading up on new equipment and how they work. Along with that your consistently selling your self to the customer and adapting to different personalities and they can vary immensely. Some you can joke with like they are your best friend of 20+ years. Others, the fewer words the better and straight to the point, NO dely. You can be awesome at fixing things but if your customer doesn't like you, forget it. My experience in the HVAC/R trade gives me a better prospective into the aviation world. As a commercial pilot with instrument rating, being a technician also means I am very technical at my flying and advancing my self as a pilot. Your always learning and always growing and I love the challenge.
