As a coach at Broadalbin-Perth Central School District, I lead the indoor track and field program and assist in the lacrosse program at Amsterdam High School. I design and implement mental and physical training programs, organize and supervise practices and meets, and establish rosters for track events. I also develop student-athletes, mentor and motivate them, and ensure they remain in good academic standing and meet their athletic goals. Under my leadership, the boys' indoor track and field team won the Foothills League and Section 2 Division III championships in 2022-23 season.I completed my Master's degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Springfield College, where I learned how to apply psychological principles and research to enhance the performance and well-being of athletes and coaches. I have a Bachelor's degree in psychology and biology from the University at Albany, where I was a peer mentor for the WCI program and a manager for the track and field team. I have a passion for sports, coaching and development, and I have over five years of experience in coaching track and field and lacrosse at various levels. I have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, and I strive to create a positive and supportive environment for my athletes and colleagues. I love helping and coaching others so that they may reach their goals and accomplish so much more.
