Raised over $1.5 million in capital from private investors.-Completed over 100 real estate investment projects with a combination of financing including cash, private investments, bridge funding and traditional lending.-Acquired property using a variety of methods including wholesale, retail, REOs, short sales, and foreclosure auctions.
