Work full time with high schoolers who exhibit difficult behaviors in the school setting. Duties are to ensure the safety of the student and other students/staff that may interact with the student. Assist students case manager with helping students learn behavior management skills.

Develop and implement a lesson in a classroom setting for children.

My responsibilities included watching children and engaging them in different activities through the day. On top of that I focused on teaching them patience, teamwork and effective communication skills.

During my time as a Theater Counselor it was my duty to teach kids acting skills and help them develop and appreciation for the performing arts. Along with that over the course of 5 weeks I also directed two productions that were performed at the Y by the children that attended the camp at the time.

Pride Recreation Center

I was in charge of managing the campuses rock wall in the recreation center. I oversaw other belayers and assisted them with belaying patrons when need be. I also would train staff members new climbing skills, belaying techniques and different types of rescues. Along with that I was also in charge of inspecting and cleaning the wall and the climbing gear. Lastly I was in charge of developing and implementing an event that would be held at the rock wall.

My duties including assisting customers in the store front, taking orders, packing orders, restocking the store front, cleaning the storefront and assisting the bakers when needed. Along with that I helped train new staff members that were hired.
